OnNet USA and OnNet Korea announced today that they’ll be licensing the Manga Fighter game in the U.S market. Manga Fighter is scheduled to be released in the U.S. in the second half of 2007. I’ve looked at screens and video of the game, and it don’t impress me much.

Manga Fighter is an online multiplayer 3D third person shooter “with a twist”. The creators claim that the game allows players to “join other combatants in a 3D Manga-style world. Players will also have the choice of multiple modes of combat and character customization. The game style allows for fast and intense combat, but with a fresh Manga-style look. ”

The “Manga-style” isn’t very convincing to me, it looks more like a Katamari title (which is a great series of games by the way)
