Bandai made a fairly interesting announcement at San Diego Comic-Con: they’ve licensed the Lucky Star manga.

Lucky Star is kind of a plotless series that revolves around comic slices of the high-school life of four Japanese girls. It’s very popular in Japan for some reason, some believe that’s because of its similarity to The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The manga will probably do well for them, but I personally am kind of bored by the announcement.
