		<description>Not really surprised at this piece of news. It was already this way a year back when I attended a graphic novels publishing conference. The strategy of the librarians is to hopefully, get more Americans reading first since reading isn't exactly a huge past time of American males who love sport (playing and watching) primarily. They do wish that these people will move on the novels after they get sick of manga first though.</description>

		<description>You can definitely see when almost all the manga books have been worn out so much some of the pages fall off (maybe that's just me). Luckily my college library has a better selection of them than my neighborhood public library.</description>
