So, I know I’m a bit behind on this one, but it snuck under my radar. Earlier this year there was a press release announcing the airing of an Ultraviolet anime based on the movie starring Milla Jovavich. I was skeptical at the time, since the Ultraviolet movie sucked pretty bad. I didn’t really feel that an anime remake could save it. But I missed the news of the official release on July 1st, and kind of forgot about the show. Now, with five episodes aired in Japan, it seems like most reviews for the show are negative. Kind of sad really, I expected more from Madhouse.

Anyways, I do like the opening sequence for the show. Oddly enough, it features an English language song.
